How to return

Step 1: Prepare Your Return

  • Ensure you return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Carefully pack the unworn sneakers.
  • Place the original sneaker box inside a second box (double boxing) to prevent damage during transport.

Step 2: Download and fill in the Return Form.

Print the WOOVIN Return Form and fill it in completely.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • ⁠Your contact details
  • A detailed explanation for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective item, etc.)
  • Any other relevant information

Place the completed Return Form inside the box with the sneakers. This will help to process your return efficiently.

Step 3: Create a Shipping Label and Send

  • Go to your local post office to create a shipping label to the address of the store, which is provided under ‘Return address store’. (Please note that you first have to fill in your order number and e-mail address to obtain the Return address of the store.)
  • Ensure the package is sent with insurance. WOOVIN is not responsible/liable for lost shipments that are not insured.

Note down the tracking code for your package.

Step 4: Enter the Tracking Code

  • Enter your used shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, PostNL, etc)
  • Enter the tracking code into the system to register your return.

Step 5: Refund

  • Once the package has arrived at the store, WOOVIN will process your return.
  • The money will be credited to your account within 5 working days after receiving your return package.

Please note: To ensure your return is accepted and you receive a refund, kindly follow the steps carefully

Once the package has been signed by the store, it takes up to 5 business days for the money to be deposited into your account.

No unfortunately not, if the sneakers show signs of wear, the store cannot accept them anymore. Therefore, the return will be rejected. New

Condition: To be eligible for a return, sneakers must typically be in new, unworn condition. This means they should not show any signs of wear, dirt, or damage.

Inspection: Upon return, stores usually inspect the sneakers for signs of wear. Even minimal signs of wear, such as scuffed soles or creased leather, can lead to the return being rejected.

If your return shipment has not arrived at store, please contact our customer service. Make sure you have your shipping receipt and tracking number ready, so we can assist you as soon as possible.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. Ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

To make the return process as easy as possible for the buyer, WOOVIN allows you to choose any shipping carrier. You can purchase your own return label online or at the post office and easily send it back.
