    I'm heavily disappointed in the service here. I placed an order on August 10th, then on August 18th as it wasn't yet even dispatched, I contacted the store to cancel it. They replied in a day, asking me to confirm I want to cancel, which I did within 2 hours. Two days later, I get a notification that the order has been shipped. This still hasn't been resolved, and I still haven't received a refund OR an answer back.
