Met behulp van de zoekmachine of filteropties vind je gemakkelijk de sneaker die je zoekt. Als je het sneakermodel dat je zoekt niet op ons platform kunt vinden, probeer het dan eerst te zoeken op de stijlcode. Als je het dan nog niet hebt gevonden, vraag dan het model aan via het formulier in de voettekst van de website en wij zorgen ervoor dat het relevante sneakermodel binnen 24 uur beschikbaar is.

Wanneer je een sneakermodel selecteert, worden alle verkopers en kopers weergegeven met hun maat, conditie, prijs en land van verblijf. Om de juiste koper of verkoper te vinden, kun je alle advertenties van kopers en verkopers filteren op maat, conditie en land van verblijf. Als je de juiste advertentie hebt gevonden, kun je gemakkelijk contact opnemen met de gebruiker via ons messenger-systeem.

Als koper kun je onze marktplaats volledig kosteloos gebruiken. Veiligheid voor onze kopers is voor ons een topprioriteit, dus elke verkoper moet eerst zijn of haar identiteit verifiëren bij het vertrouwd bedrijf Veriff. Voordat de verkoper een sneaker te koop kan aanbieden of kan reageren op je "Want To Buy" verzoek. Als je een sneaker hebt gevonden waarin je geïnteresseerd bent, kun je op "Bericht versturen" klikken om contact op te nemen met de verkoper om de deal af te ronden. Als een verkoper zijn PayPal-account heeft gekoppeld, kun je de sneakers ook direct betalen via de optie "Kopen". Elke transactie die via een PayPal-account wordt gedaan, wordt gedekt door PayPal Purchase Protection. Op deze manier beschermt PayPal je tegen het ontvangen van het verkeerde product (dit kan bestellingen omvatten die nooit aankomen, niet-authentieke artikelen en artikelen die aanzienlijk afwijken van hun beschrijving). Naast het reageren op een van de advertenties van de verkoper, kun je ook een "Want To Buy" advertentie aanmaken om aan te geven dat je op zoek bent naar het relevante model. Dit doe je door op de knop "Want To Buy" te klikken die bij elk model wordt weergegeven. Vervolgens voer je de maat en de staat in waarin je op zoek bent en optioneel je maximumprijs. Zodra de advertentie is aangemaakt, hoef je alleen nog maar je inbox in de gaten te houden voor mogelijke verkopers. 

Verkopers krijgen hun eigen online sneaker winkel op ons platform zodra ze lid worden. Gebruikers kunnen elkaars online sneakerwinkel volgen. Dit stelt jou als koper in staat om op de hoogte te blijven van alle nieuwe sneakers van je favoriete verkoper, en als verkoper om gemakkelijk een klantenbestand op te bouwen.

Wordt een member to sell your sneakers on our platform, the four different membership packages are listed at the bottom of this article. If you become a member you can offer your sneakers for sale. To offer a pair as a seller, click on the “Sell This Item” button that is displayed with each model or go to Producten in your account and click on “Add product”. Once you found the sneaker you would like to sell you only have to enter the price, size, and condition, possibly add your own photos and a short description to your ad and your sneaker is live for sale. In addition, you could also respond to a Want To Buy ad from a buyer by clicking on “Send Message”, this puts you directly in contact with the right buyer. Connect your PayPal account to let buyers pay directly for your product and to keep track of your orders in your account.  You will receive the payment immediately if a buyer has paid. You are not required to link your PayPal, so you can use an alternative payment method if you wish. If you do not link PayPal to your account, buyers will not be given the option to pay for your offered sneakers directly and the transaction will have to take place via chat. To generate more sales as a seller, we recommend adding your own photos and a good description of the sneakers you sell.
