RETURNS INFORMATION
We accept returns. You have 14 days to return after receiving your items.
The return will be paid for by the customer, return details will be given upon contacting us. Ship your item in the original shoebox and DO NOT stick the returnlabel on the shoebox, instead put the shoebox with the shoes in another shipping box, just like your order comes it’s when send by us.
If the customer fails to do this, we will charge a €10 fine.
After requesting a return, you’ll have 5 days to reply, otherwise the return will be canceled.
Please note that Woovin refunds the full order, including the original shippingcosts and buyer protection fee!
