RETURNS AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION
We accept returns. You have 14 days to drop off the return parcel after receiving your items.
The return will be paid for by the customer, return details will be given upon contacting us. Ship your item in the original shoebox and DO NOT stick the returnlabel on the shoebox, instead put the shoebox with the shoes in another shipping box, just like your order comes it’s when send by us.
If the customer fails to do this, we will charge a €10 fine.

In some cases we can also offer you an exchange for another size, color or even a complete different shoemodel if the pricedifference isn’t too big. Please contact us for more information.
