All items on Woovin are checked and authenticated by our verified stores. Add Premium verification for a second, physical inspection by our authentication partner in the Netherlands before your item is shipped to you. After approval, you'll receive a certificate of authenticity.
Every item on Woovin is sold by one of our verified stores, and each store confirms that what it lists is authentic and verified. With premium verification you can add an extra, independent check on top of that: before your order is sent to you, the item is physically authenticated by our external authentication partner. Once it passes, you receive a certificate of authenticity.

Independent authentication
Instead of shipping straight to you, the store first sends your item to our external authentication partner, where specialists physically inspect it for authenticity and condition.
Certificate and delivery
Once the item passes, you receive a certificate of authenticity and it is shipped on to you. If it does not pass, the order is cancelled and you are refunded in full.
Because your item is physically authenticated before it reaches you, premium verification adds on average about 3 working days to the delivery time. Look for the premium verification option at checkout to add independent, expert authentication to your order.

A dedicated authentication step
Premium verification routes your purchase through our external authentication partner in the Netherlands before it is sent to you. The specialists there physically inspect the item against the listing and confirm both its authenticity and its condition. You can follow every step on your order page: submitted, received at the Premium verification center, in verification, and finally verified and shipped.
Throughout the process your order keeps the same order number across Woovin, the Premium verification center and the carrier, so the status you see always reflects where your item really is. The independent check sits on top of the verification your store already performs, giving you added confidence on every order you choose it for.
Pass, or a full refund
If your item passes authentication, you receive a certificate of authenticity and it ships to you. If it does not meet the authentication requirements, your order is cancelled and refunded in full, so the only outcomes are a verified item or a full refund. Premium verification is completely optional: without it, your order follows the standard Woovin flow with no changes.
