How to return
1) Ensure that your return meets Woovin's return requirements
- Before sending your item back, please make sure it complies with our return requirements. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
2) Register your return
- Register your return on this page and download your pre-filled return form.
- Returns must be registered within 14 days of delivery. After the return request has been submitted, the item must be returned within 14 days. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Pack the item in its original box or original sealing, and place it inside a second box to prevent damage during shipping (double boxing).
3) Add the return form to your parcel
- Print the pre-filled return form and include it in your return package.
4) Create and print your return label
- Create a return label.
- Print the label and drop off your parcel. Keep your receipt.
5) Refund
- As soon as the store receives your return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will receive your refund.
