How to return

1) Pack your return

  • Return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Pack the shoebox inside a second box to prevent damage (double boxing).

2) Add the return form

3) Create and print your return label

  • Create a return label.
  • Print the label and drop off your parcel. Keep your receipt and tracking.

4) Refund

  • As soon as the store receives your return, it will be processed within 3–5 business days and you will receive your refund.
