How to return
Step 1: Prepare Your Return
- Ensure you return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
- Carefully pack the unworn sneakers.
- Place the original sneaker box inside a second box (double boxing) to prevent damage during transport.
Step 2: Download and fill in the Return Form.
Print the WOOVIN Return Form and fill it in completely.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Your contact details
- A detailed explanation for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective item, etc.)
- Any other relevant information
Place the completed Return Form inside the box with the sneakers. This will help to process your return efficiently.
Step 3: Create a Shipping Label and Send
- Go to your local post office to create a shipping label to the address of the store, which is provided under 'Return address store'. (Please note that you first have to fill in your order number and e-mail address to obtain the Return address of the store.)
- Ensure the package is sent with insurance. WOOVIN is not responsible/liable for lost shipments that are not insured.
Note down the tracking code for your package.
Step 4: Enter the Tracking Code
- Enter your used shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, PostNL, etc)
- Enter the tracking code into the system to register your return.
Step 5: Refund
- Once the package has arrived at the store, WOOVIN will process your return.
- The money will be credited to your account within 5 working days after receiving your return package.
