How to return
1) Register your return
- Register your return on this page and download your pre-filled return form.
- Return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Pack the shoebox inside a second box to prevent damage (double boxing).
2) Add the return form to your parcel
- Print the pre-filled return form and include it in your return package.
3) Create and print your return label
- Create a return label.
- Print the label and drop off your parcel. Keep your receipt and tracking.
- We recommend sending insured. WOOVIN is not responsible for lost uninsured parcels.
4) Refund
- As soon as the store receives your return, it will be processed within 3–5 business days and you will receive your refund.
