Question 1

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the store, orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days) or within 4–7 business days. The shipping speed is shown when you select your size and again at checkout. All orders are shipped fully insured.

Question 2

Are the products authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Only 100% authentic items are allowed on Woovin. Every item is sold by a verified store and is checked for authenticity before it is shipped.

Question 3

Can I return my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can return any order placed on Woovin within 14 days of receiving it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily register a return through our return portal. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Question 4

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

You can pay securely with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, or Klarna, with the option to pay later or in 3 instalments. All payments are processed through a secure connection.

Question 5

Is my purchase protected?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Woovin acts as an intermediary: we only release your payment to the store once your order has been handled to satisfaction, so you are protected on every purchase.

Question 6

What is the verification & service fee?

Accepted Answer

All stores are checked through business and identity verification before they can sell on Woovin. This means we work only with professional, verified reseller stores. Stores may only list authentic items and must confirm authenticity for every listing. Woovin provides platform service, order support, and customer assistance throughout your purchase. The 3.5% verification & service fee covers all of this, so you can buy with confidence.
